AFLAM DU SUD FESTIVAL ()

Festival start: 12 October 2021      Festival end: 15 October 2021

Aflam du sud festival is a space of free expression and exchange for filmmakers from the South, the Arab world and the Brussels public. Both short and feature film categories are accepted.
In addition to the film screenings, the festival organizes workshops, a round table, Q&A, an exhibition, singing, music and delocalized screenings to create social links with the inhabitants.

Only films that meet the following conditions may be chosen for invitation in the festival :
*Short and feature films are only allowed to participate in the festival.

*Films that have been produced during the 24 months preceding the festival

*Films that are not been exhibited in Internet

Must be realized and/or co-produced or produced and/or co-produced in Arab countries, or on a theme that affects the Arab world

*All films must be presented in their original language with French subtitling. All the subtitling expenses are to be met by the film’s producer.

*Short films must not exceed 20 minutes.
