Polish Days is the key industry event of the New Horizons International Film Festival, held in Wrocław, Poland, from July 17 to 27, 2025. Polish Days is expected to take place mid-festival, likely between July 20–22 (dates TBC).
The call is open to Polish film projects in three categories: completed films, works in progress, and projects in development. Selected participants benefit from private screenings, pitching sessions, and one-on-one meetings with international sales agents, distributors, and festival programmers.
Industry accreditations opened on May 6, 2025, and close on June 17, 2025, or earlier if capacity is reached. Project submissions typically close between May and early June, depending on the category.

CIBEF - International Residency in Film Directing
D’A Film Lab Barcelona is an industry laboratory designed to support emerging talent in feature films by facilitating their development, completion, and international exposure, with a focus on Spanish works. The call for entries for the edition taking place from March 22 to 25, 2026, is open until December 5, 2025. The programme includes two main strands: Final Cut, which selects Spanish and Catalan feature films in post-production and awards a €20,000 prize to the winning project, and Producció Emergent, which focuses on feature film projects in development with specialised professional guidance. The lab provides intensive support through expert mentoring, workshops, and international networking opportunities for emerging directors and producers. The event is held in Spain (Barcelona) as part of the D’A – Festival de Cinema de Barcelona. While primarily geared towards Spanish and Catalan projects, it includes training and industry activities that promote international collaboration and exposure. Accepted formats are feature films in fiction and documentary, in development or post-production stages, offering pitch sessions, mentorship, and pathways toward broader festival circuits.

D’A Film Lab Barcelona
The GIFF Incubator 2025, part of the Guanajuato International Film Festival, invites Mexican and international filmmakers with fiction or documentary feature film projects in development. Up to 20 projects will be selected for intensive mentorships during the festival (July 25–August 4). Participants will receive guidance on script, project dossier, pitch deck, financing, festivals, distribution, and marketing strategies.
The call is open from June 4 to June 25, 2025 (2:00 PM Mexico City time), free of charge. Travel, lodging, and food costs are covered by participants. A single PDF dossier must be submitted, including synopsis, treatment, visual references, current status, team bios, and optional materials like budgets or funding plans.

INCUBATOR - GIFF
The Primer Corte call for Ventana Sur 2025 is open from August 4 to September 5, 2025 for Latin American fiction films in advanced post‑production. Screeners with English subtitles must be submitted by September 20, 2025, and final screening materials are due by November 14, 2025. The audiovisual market will take place December 1–5, 2025 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during Ventana Sur – Río de la Plata. This is an international call, though only Latin American fiction feature films or majority Latin American co‑productions are eligible. The section accepts fiction projects in post‑production without confirmed international sales agents or previous participation in Primer Corte. It is part of the industry market, focusing on Work in Progress projects and offering selected films exposure to programmers, distributors and sales agents, along with competition for post‑production service awards and industry support.

First Cut – VENTANA SUR
Truxa Muxa is an artistic residency held in Malerreka, Navarra, aimed at projects in development or production in animation, video games, or hybrid formats. The residency supports proposals with strong creative identity, narrative innovation, cultural sensitivity, environmental commitment, and a sustainable, inclusive vision. Projects of various formats —such as short or feature films, series, games, interactive experiences, or installations— are welcome, as long as they fit within the three focus areas. Selected projects take part in online training, personalized mentorships, and an in-person residency from September 18 to 22, 2025. Although the submission deadline has passed, it is still possible to attend the event as a guest or observer.
