MIP CANCÚN 2025 is the leading content and co-production market for Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market, taking place November 18–21, 2025, at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancún. It targets audiovisual professionals including producers, buyers, distributors, platforms, and brands.
There are four participation options: Networking Pass, Content Market, Co-Production Market, and Meeting Pods. All formats include accommodation, meals, access to conferences, screenings, and a digital platform for 1-on-1 meetings.
Spots are limited, especially for those formats involving pre-scheduled meetings. While no official registration deadline has been announced, early registration is strongly recommended to ensure access to the matchmaking system, which launches in early November.
The 2025 edition will feature special programs such as the Creator Economy Track (with a keynote by YouTube), the Branded Content Program, and the Beyond the Stream Summit. The all-inclusive format fosters networking, global exposure, and effective deal-making in a single location.

At a time of vibrant growth marked by new talents, initiatives, and opportunities—and with increasing international visibility—FANTASTIKA aims to be a home for its entire creative and production community. Its mission is to serve as a key agent in strengthening and expanding the genre film market, actively contributing to its development and global consolidation.

MIPCOM 2025 es el principal mercado internacional de contenidos audiovisuales, que se celebrará del 13 al 16 de octubre en Cannes, Francia. Reúne a ejecutivos, productores, distribuidores y creadores de todo el mundo para comprar, vender y coproducir programas de televisión, series, documentales y formatos digitales. Esta edición pone especial énfasis en la economía de los creadores y la convergencia entre medios tradicionales y plataformas digitales. MIPCOM - Cannes
Platino Next Gen is a program organized by EGEDA aimed at emerging Ibero-American filmmakers and producers. It provides an opportunity for young talents to enhance their projects through intensive training, workshops, and individual consultations. Selected projects will also gain access to key industry events like the San Sebastián Film Festival and Iberseries & Platino Industria. Furthermore, participants will have the chance to present their projects to international distributors and platforms. The 2025 edition runs from April 1st to April 30th and is designed for feature films in development or pre-production.

Platino Next Gen
Residencia Feratum 2025 is an intensive lab for developing feature-length genre screenplays (horror, sci-fi, fantasy, thriller, dark comedy, etc.). It will take place in person from July 16 to 20, 2025, at Rancho Yapalpa, located between Tlalpujahua (Michoacán) and El Oro (State of Mexico), Mexico. The call is open until May 30, 2025. Up to 18 projects will be selected to receive personalized mentorship, workshops, and talks with industry professionals. The participation fee covers tuition, mentorship, talks, and shared accommodation during the four-day residency at Rancho Yapalpa. Scripts must be between 70 and 110 pages, written at least 80% in Spanish, and submitted under a pseudonym. Selected projects may access awards and support, including participation in Sitges FanPitch 2025 and the Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG) 2026.
