Sykehouse Film - Writers's Conference
The CASA CINE 2026 music residency is aimed at film composers interested in developing feature film projects. The program is open internationally, welcoming participants from any nationality, and focuses on creating original soundtracks for fiction, documentary, or animation films.
Applications for composers are open from January 15 to February 15, 2026. The residency will take place from May 6 to 29, 2026 at the Château de la Napoule in France, coinciding with the Cannes Film Festival. During this period, selected participants will work intensively on their film compositions, receiving specialized mentorship and opportunities to collaborate with screenwriters and filmmakers.

Composers’ Residency – CASA CINE
El Concurso de Guiones del IbizaCineFest 2026 está dirigido a guiones de cortometraje originales, escritos en español o inglés, con una extensión máxima de 15 páginas, excluyendo portada y sinopsis. Se aceptan obras de cualquier género, siempre que respeten el formato profesional cinematográfico; no se admiten guiones gráficos ni técnicos.
Las inscripciones se encuentran abiertas hasta el 20 de enero de 2026, con plazos anticipados, estándar, tardío y extendido. La convocatoria es internacional y pueden postularse autores de cualquier nacionalidad. Los guiones deberán presentarse en formato PDF, incluyendo título, datos de contacto del autor y sinopsis de hasta 15 líneas.
El festival se celebrará del 20 de febrero al 1 de marzo de 2026 en Ibiza, España. De todos los guiones recibidos, se seleccionarán cinco finalistas, quienes deberán presentar un pitch de máximo cinco minutos. El jurado decidirá al ganador y podrá otorgar hasta dos menciones especiales.
El premio principal consiste en 1.000 euros de ayuda para la producción del cortometraje y la participación en la siguiente edición del festival. Todos los finalistas obtendrán exención de tarifa al inscribir su cortometraje terminado.

Concurso de guiones - IBIZACINEFEST
The IBF Classic call from the IDFA Bertha Fund targets filmmakers from selected countries in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Oceania working on creative documentaries.
