The Darkroom 2026 program, organized by the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) through its professional market CineMart, is aimed at feature films and immersive media projects that are in an advanced stage of editing or post-production. It focuses on Work in Progress projects, providing a professional platform to showcase films that are not yet fully completed. Short films or fully finished films with distribution already in place are not accepted.
The event will take place in Rotterdam, Netherlands, during IFFR Pro / CineMart from January 31 to February 4, 2026. The call was international, allowing submissions from any country, with no restrictions on cinematic genre; fiction, documentary, and hybrid projects are welcome.
The submission deadline was October 19, 2025, so the call is now closed. Darkroom offers a unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals, receive expert feedback, and prepare projects for international release or distribution.

Darkroom - IFFR
The Co-Pro Pitching Sessions 2026 are part of the Series Mania Forum and are aimed at live-action fiction series projects in development seeking international co-production and financing. This initiative functions as a professional pitching forum, designed to connect producers with potential partners, financiers, and distributors.
The call opens on October 7, 2025, with a submission deadline of December 1, 2025. The program is open to international applicants, welcoming producers from all countries. Eligible projects must be live-action fiction series, excluding animation and documentary, with a minimum of three episodes, each lasting at least 26 minutes.
The event will take place in person in Lille, France, as part of the Series Mania Forum. The main activities will be held from March 24 to March 26, 2026, including pitching sessions and one-to-one meetings with industry professionals. Selected projects will also benefit from online coaching sessions scheduled between February and March 2026.

SERIES MANIA FORUM
ComedyLab 2026 is a comedy project development lab organized by TorinoFilmLab in Italy. It is open to screenwriters and comedians worldwide, aiming to develop feature-length comedy projects through in-person and online workshops. All project materials must be submitted in English, which is also the working language of the workshops and activities.
The program runs from March to November 2026 and includes multiple sessions: a preliminary workshop in Turin at the end of February, workshops in Belgium and Poland in April and June, online sessions in September and October, and a final project presentation in Turin in November.
Applications are open internationally until December 12, 2025, and focus exclusively on feature-length comedy projects. Participants without a project can also join to collaborate on selected projects.
ComedyLab provides an opportunity to strengthen comedic writing skills, creative collaboration, and the professional development of projects within the audiovisual industry.

ComedyLab - TFL
Talents Guadalajara 2027 es un encuentro de perfeccionamiento cinematográfico realizado en México, en el marco del Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara (FICG 42). La convocatoria abre el 10 de agosto de 2026 y cierra el 16 de octubre de 2026. El festival se realizará del 6 al 13 de marzo de 2027 en Guadalajara, Jalisco.
La convocatoria acepta participantes nacionales e internacionales de México, Centroamérica, el Caribe, hispanohablantes en Estados Unidos y egresados de la EICTV, de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos. Contempla áreas de actuación, dirección, cinematografía, diseño de vestuario, animación, producción, distribución y crítica cinematográfica. Incluye seis Studios, el laboratorio Talent Press y Talent Project Market, orientado a largometrajes en desarrollo. Este último recibe proyectos de ficción o documental y requiere un 20 % de financiamiento asegurado.

Guadalajara Talent - FICG
Los proyectos seleccionados competirán por ayudas en servicios de postproducción (conformación, colorización, mezcla sonora, master DCP, entre otros) y serán exhibidos en una proyección privada ante jurados nacionales e internacionales, agentes de venta, distribuidores, exhibidores y otros profesionales de la industria durante los días del festival.
Largometrajes colombianos (ficción, forma documental y/o ensayo) con un corte final o en un estado avanzado de edición. Ayuda en servicios de post-producción para dos proyectos.
