Berlinale Talents is the talent development program of the Berlin International Film Festival, with project development labs taking place digitally at the end of January and an on-site summit with panels, discussions and networking opportunities during the Berlinale each February month.

To this end, FICCI 63 organizes the I Ópera Prima LAB as a program aimed at Colombian directors and producers and/or residents in Colombia who have verifiable experience in short films and are developing their first feature film. in any genre or format.
The objective of the Laboratory is to provide those selected with practical tools that allow them to consolidate the project that will entail their transition from short to feature film, understanding the needs, similarities, differences, challenges and requirements of giving life to a first project. feature film from the different aspects that cover the development phases.

First Feature film LAB - FICCI
This section is open to original Short scripts by Italian screenwriters still looking for a production. The authors must send the materials requested in article 5 by JUNE 1, 2024.
The selection of the scripts is carried out by and at the discretion of the Festival's Artistic Direction. The authors of the selected screenplays will be invited to pitch their projects during the Festival.
The authors cannot exempt themselves from this presentation under penalty of exclusion from the Festival.
