The ALGA Ibero-American Residency 2026 is an in-person training opportunity for filmmakers and audiovisual professionals with feature film and series projects in development. It accepts fiction, documentary, animation, and experimental projects in development. El Venice Production Bridge 2026, perteneciente al Festival Internacional de Cine de Venecia en Italia, es un mercado internacional de industria audiovisual enfocado en impulsar la financiación, coproducción y desarrollo de proyectos cinematográficos. Reúne productores, fondos, agentes de ventas, distribuidores y profesionales de la industria de todo el mundo.
La convocatoria acepta proyectos internacionales de ficción, documental y animación, principalmente en formato de largometraje, incluyendo iniciativas en desarrollo, producción, postproducción y búsqueda de financiación. The Huesca International Film Festival Pitching is a platform designed to support emerging filmmakers in developing their short film projects. PITCHING - Festival Internacional De Cine De Huesca
IndieLisboa Lab is a film project development workshop aimed at Portuguese filmmakers or foreign residents with permanent residency in Portugal. Its goal is to provide mentorship and training focused on narrative development, creative vision, and preparing projects for both the national and international markets.
The 2026 edition application deadline is January 16, 2026. The lab activities will take place in two phases: the first from March 27 to 29, 2026, and the second from May 3 to 6, 2026.
Projects of any genre are accepted, including fiction, documentary, animation, and experimental. The lab targets projects in development, whether short or feature films, providing mentorship, feedback, and professional guidance.
Although some foreign participants may apply if they meet the residency requirement in Portugal, the call is not open internationally to all countries. It is primarily a national initiative aimed at strengthening the Portuguese film industry.

Indie Lab - Industry
Work in Progress – Huesca International Film Festival is a professional initiative designed to support Ibero-American short film projects in the final stages of post-production. The program aims to provide visibility, feedback, and networking opportunities for filmmakers whose works have not yet been publicly premiered.
Selected projects participate in presentations before industry experts and may receive awards such as the FESTHOME Award, which offers distribution support and fee waivers for festival submissions, and the CHEMISTRY Award, providing specialized post-production services.
Eligible submissions include fiction, documentary, or animation short films between 5 and 20 minutes in length. The call for the 2026 edition closes on March 19, 2026, with selected projects announced during the festival in June 2026. Attendance at the event is required for project presentations.
