Purpose of the Festival
FICAE - Diseases International Short Film and Art Festival opens the 4th edition of the Festival (4FICAE). It is open to all creators of audiovisual content that want to show their short films in all type of cinematographic genres whose main theme is directly related to some type of disease or health issues.
The purpose of this festival is to promote social awareness about diseases as a process of life in order to help destigmatize them. In addition, the festival seeks to promote artistic creation through audiovisual language to make it more visible and transmit knowledge about diseases, both those that involve changes to the health state, and those that are considered as social diseases and their consequences.

The Festival will take place in several venues in the city of Valencia during the last week of February and first week of March 2018.

Шестой ежегодный международный фестиваль независимого короткометражного кино «Cinema Perpetuum Mobile» — некоммерческое культурное мероприятие. Оргкомитет фестиваля составляет сообщество энтузиастов-киноманов kinaklub.org, приверженных ценностям постоянного свободного кинотворчества.
Цели фестиваля:
Продвижение независимого, авторского кинематографа. Короткометражное кино — малобюджетное и, значит, доступное, демократическое средство творческого выражения. Такая демократичность позволяет затрагивать любые самые острые и актуальные вопросы в лаконичной форме.
Поддержка культурного разнообразия в кино, поиск новых форм и решений в киноискусстве.
Содействие появлению и укреплению связей между кинематографистами и между кинематографическими сообществами в Беларуси и по всему миру.
Стать участником фестиваля могут все, кто принимает принципы и идеи фестиваля, изложенные в регламенте, независимо от места проживания, возраста, цвета кожи, роста, веса, семейного положения и сексуальной ориентации. Необходимым условием участия в фестивале является наличие заявки на участие в фестивале и готового фильма.
Фестивальные показы и определение победителей пройдут в апреле 2016 года одновременно в Минске, других населенных пунктах Беларуси и нашей планеты в целом, объединяя вокруг себя тех, кто любит смотреть хорошее кино и не чужд глобальным проблемам человечества.
Участие в фестивале не предполагает уплаты никаких взносов.

Кинофестиваль «МЕНАР» в Софии знакомит болгарскую публику с культурой и традициями исламского мира. Термин MENAR, обозначающий «регион Ближнего Востока и Северной Африки», является аббревиатурой, часто используемым для охвата обширной территории, простирающейся от Марокко до Ирана, включая большинство стран Ближнего Востока и Магриба.
