FINCI 2026
ONLINE | IN-PERSON FORMAT
June 2026
FINCI 2026 proposes the following main theme:The Truth
today everything moves very fast, where filters are all around, where there is an excess of information everywhere, it's necessary, I would say almost urgent, to encounter our true selves and what we feel that connects us to the simplest things. ¿What is our truth? ¿How do we connect with our essence? ¿How do we connect with what represents us and what doesn't? ¿What place do we give to that? When we connect with our true selves, it has an impact on the collective, on all of us together.
There are truths that are urgent to show, to speak, both individual and collective. ¿What is our truth? ¿How do we allow ourselves to be flexible when we are infant of something new? ¿How are we honest with ourselves? ¿How do we connect with our desires and are we sincere with them?
This year, the International Festival of New Independent Cinema (FINCI) will be a hybrid event.
It will be held in person in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Mexico City, and online for all of Latin America and Europe.
