Otro motivo es ampliar la oferta de acontecimientos culturales para hacer llegar el cortometraje a a poblaciones que no tengan la oportunidad de disfrutar de nuestro cine en formato CORTO.
En el FRAME Film Festival queremos darle al público que sigue y disfruta los cortometrajes, la oportunidad de decidir sobre la selección de las películas que pasarán a la FASE FINAL para recibir los premios TALENTO FRAME.
Pulsar Santa Fe connects talent and projects from the Central Region with leading national and international representatives, platforms, and investors. This fifth edition will take place from September 24th to 27th at the College of Architecture and Urbanism in Rosario. For the second consecutive year, projects from Córdoba and Entre Ríos will be eligible to apply, and for the first time, the market will receive projects from Misiones, the invited province.
This initiative of the Ministries of Culture and Productive Development, promoted by the Film Commission, provides tools for developing projects at different stages of production and for creating links between the public and private sectors and the creative community, maintaining a mixed, sustainable, and dynamic work structure that guides the sustained growth of the audiovisual sector.
It also promotes network management for the development of markets for marketing, financing, and distributing regional audiovisual productions, the creation of a diverse financing ecosystem, and co-productions with public and private investment.

Regarding the Unification Program, WSXA & ARFF International change the country of the Award Events each year to enhance the festival experience. It's the responsibility of each filmmaker to check all the emails via Festhome associated email addresses, social media updates and ticket information carefully. After Corona times, ARFF & WSXA International Editions are curated as Hybrid Festivals. Award Events are focused on networking and all the screenings are scheduled online.
All 4 Edition Finalist filmmakers & network members will be gathered in November 2024 // Amsterdam. The festival do not take the responsibility of the filmmakers who attend physical venues with online tickets, mistaken visa applications, flight and accommodations.
