in 2015 as a parallel section within the
Aula 18 National Short Film Contest
in the delivery After the disappearance of

decide to maintain their essence by transferring
the festival to Gijón. It is in the second edition
that of 2016, where the festival moves to the
municipal centers of the city to develop a festival with an eye on short films and music. Since then
to the competitive sections (Official Section,
Asturias Section) And to the sample sections
(Panorama Asturias and Mirada FICX) have been
there have been concerts that have given luster to the
cultural spaces of the city and that have
served to put the climax to each projection.
Names like Marilia, Pablo Und
Destruktion, Marem Ladson, Tiger and Diamond,
David Feito… confirm the high level
musical that lives the festival and its local and regional look.
In 2020 Laboral City of Culture joins
with a new screen inside CortoGijón

all cultural entities in the region started in 2017 with the Mirada Ficx section in
collaboration with the Gijón Film Festival.
We are a festival that emphatically promotes independent social cinema, that cinema that tells stories of people, places, conditions and situations common to the bulk of humanity. In other words, stories of flesh and blood, sensitive and true.
On the other hand, we are convinced that cinema is the most important tool of social and cultural transformation in the world; and that festivals are alternative media and windows of exhibition, whose specific function is the dynamic interaction with the target audience, in order to reach levels of deep awareness for those spectators.
Therefore, we want to introduce ourselves to you, filmmakers, in a formal and honest way, pretending to be considered a bridge between those who see, interpret and shape reality in a different way and the inhabitants of our region; a region located in Colombia, which urgently needs to hear messages of social and cultural hope through art, in order to achieve inner peace and radical changes in their lives.
THE ONE TAKE FILM FESTIVAL IS AN INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF FILMS SHOT IN ONE TAKE, THAT IS FILMS SHOT WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, FROM THE MOMENT OF TURNING THE CAMERA ON TO THE MOMENT OF TURNING THE CAMERA OFF. THE ONE TAKE FILM FESTIVAL ELIMINATES A SEEMINGLY INDISPENSABLE PART OF A FILM - NAMELY, EDITING - AND THUS PROHIBITS CUT, DISSOLVE, FADE IN/OUT AND ALL OTHER TYPES OF TRANSITIONS. IN THAT WAY, THE ONE TAKE FILM FESTIVAL MAKES ROOM FOR A MORE STIMULATING CONCEPT OF FILM AND MORE EXITING FILM-MAKING. THE ONE TAKE FILM FESTIVAL INCLUDES FILMS OF ALMOST EVERY GENRE IN IT'S PROGRAMME (DOCUMENTARY, FICTION, EXPERIMENTAL, MUSIC VIDEO AND COMMERCIAL). THE RUNNING TIME OF THE FILMS IS NOT LIMITED. THE ONE TAKE FILM FESTIVAL PRIMARILY EMPHASISES THE AESTHETIC ACT OF FILM-MAKING, AND THE ONE TAKE IS CONSIDERED ONLY A FRAMEWORK FOR IDEAS, EMOTIONS, STORIES… FOR WE SHOULDN'T FORGET THAT LONG AGO WORKERS HAD LEFT THE LUMIERE FACTORY IN "ONE TAKE" ALSO. THEREFORE, ONE SHOULD NOT BE FASCINATED WITH THE FACT. THE ONE TAKE FILM FESTIVAL, ALONG WITH THE OFFICIAL COMPETITION, OFFERS NUMEROUS OTHER EVENTS - INTERESTING ADDITIONAL FILM PROGRAMME, PREMIERES, LECTURES, PANEL DISCUSSIONS, FILM WORKSHOPS, EXHIBITIONS AND OF COURSE, GOOD TIME FOR EVERYONE. THE ONE TAKE FILM FESTIVAL IS THE ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND IN THE WORLD, AND IT TAKES PLACE IN ZAGREB. THE ONE TAKE FILM FESTIVAL WILL, IN IT'S THREE-DAY PROGRAMME, CONVINCE YOU IN THE POSSIBILITY OF EXCLUDING THE CLASSIC CONCEPT OF FILM EDITING IN FAVOUR OF CAPTURING A PART OF REALITY IN ITS CONTINUITY, WHERE THE DIVERSITY OF CINEMATIC LUDISM IS NEVERENDING, AND THE RESTRICTION INCREDIBLY ENTICING.
The Associazione ColoriQuadri, in order to promote short films, as an occasion for entertainment and a means of communication and awareness on social issues, organizes the ninth edition of the "Muuh Film Festival". Although the review is essentially "free theme" it will be the responsibility of the Proponent Association, in line with its own statutory "mission", to collect and subsequently select works that express / promote content that respect the constitutional principles and rights
human.
The 24 Hours Film Marathon is a major international screening event held once every four years for features and short films. Thousands of filmmakers around the world submit their movies but only the best make it to a dedicated audience of diehard cinephiles who then compete to survive a 24 hours screening. Those who make it receive medals and get to vote for the Audience Award. The 2018 is taking place in Los Angeles.
Feature films, Medium Length films, short films and Music Videos are accepted.
