The INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL VILLA DE LEDESMA is a cultural event that seeks to become the most important event of the year in the north of Salamanca.
The aim of the Festival is to bring the rural scene to the big screen and to bring back to prominence those towns and villages that enjoyed splendour in times gone by.
The current rural situation and the now known as Empty Spain are the main concerns for the Festival, which offers itself as a means of communication to make these regions known and popular again in order to achieve a change of trend.
The Short Short Story Film Festival is a competitive international festival of films that tell a story in under six minutes.
For 2024, the 17th edition of the festival returns with a unique closed event. The festival celebrates brevity in film-making, with films from across the globe, both live-action and animated.
The festival consists of two programs, Heartstrings and Headtrip, each with a distinctive tone yet wide-ranging styles and topics.
We are Cinedeporte Sports Film Festival a film festival dedicated to promoting the finest independent sports films that create memorable portraits of athletic heroes and stories of triumph. Our purpose is to increase the exposure of independent filmmaking, its creation and reproduction.
This year we are accepting only the top 10% of the films submitted to the festival.

To believe in an independent film festival in the streets of one of Lisbon's historic neighborhoods inevitably absorbed by gentrification is to persist and pursue a community utopia where cinema plays a restorative role.
In this context, Cinalfama has been developing a pilot program to collect stories and orality from residents and spaces in the neighborhood, in an attempt to rescue the essence of this population.
Several of the directors who make up the Cinalfama team, such as Pedro Costa, Leonor Teles, and Pedro Cabeleira, are taking part in this pressing project, whose collections are being screened at the Cinalfama Lisboa International Film Festival.
Cinalfama holds a second Open Call for the Film Observatory - regular competitive sessions three times a year (January, April, and October) - with different categories.

The Cartagena de Indias International Film Festival (FICCI) is the oldest and most permanent forum in the Americas for Colombian, Ibero-American and world cinema. We have noticeably increased our in-person audience, by 38 sessions, with online tot l´estat thanks to our 14 program llargmetratges, 3 d'ells of Balearic production, to Filmin, with the presence in communication media, with international articles and a notable increase in impacts respect to the 2023 edition. For the city of Chivilcoy the launching of an international film festival represents a chimerical cultural proposal. Its background is based on previous experiences that bond these individual and collective practices: shootings, film’s retrospectives, workshops, festivals and other events that take place in our community. The Muma Patagonia International Audiovisual Festival will take place on Friday the 15th - 17th of November 2024 in person in Comodoro Rivadavia, in the city of Chubut, in Argentina.
It will be screen only films directed by Women, Lesbians, Transvestites, Trans, Bisexuals, Intersexuals and Non-Binaries are allowed.

The main festival happens in Hyderabad, Telangana India during June 2025 and later travels to different places.

The FIRE!! Mostra is the first LGBT film festival in Spain: established in 1995 by Casal Lambda, in Barcelona, it addresses affective diversity in its broadest sense through a careful selection of feature films, documentaries and short films. A selection of art-house cinema and an educational approach are its main characteristics.
Throughout two weeks at the beginning of June - mainly at the French Institute but also at other different indoor or open-air venues in the city -, a wide range of public is invited to enjoy this Barcelona cultural landmark, with stories and testimonials of free people, creators who break barriers and fighters for human rights, all of whom help with love to build a fairer and freer world.
The festival's name is a tribute to the late 20s New York magazine of the same name, FIRE!!, led by the black gay writer Richard Bruce Nugent, portrayed in one of the most iconic films of the festival, Brother to Brother, which we screened a few years ago.
The Mairena del Aljarafe Short Film Festival, Mairena Film Festival (here in after MAIFF) will be a cultural event with a program that will host different activities (meetings with industry professionals, 36h short film making rally, projections of the official section...).
